For details regarding the functionalities the business managers can operate, view the business manager side section. The managers will operate the business from within the system.
Couriers#
These users are operators of the Pika system that will deliver the merchandise that the clients ordered (if they requested delivery). For details regarding the functionalities the couriers can operate, view the courier side section.
Admins#
These users are the managers of the system. The admins will insert content into the system for businesses, handle edge cases when orders aren't handled properly and others. For details regarding the functionalities the admins can operate, view the admin side section.
note
Each user type will, by default, only have access to their own specific subset of functionalities unless mentioned otherwise. These specific functionalities can be inferred from the separation of functionality in the next usertype-specific sections. For example, only client users can activate functionalities within the 'Client side' section.
